Yes. You pay month by month and cancel whenever you like. On the annual plan you pay for the year at once with 20% off and use all of it. Cancel before renewal and you are not charged again.

There is no free-forever plan: when you sign up you get 7 days of the full Pro plan, no card needed. If you do not choose a plan when it ends, your account becomes read-only (nothing is deleted) until you choose one.

We tell you on screen with an "Upgrade plan" button. You are never charged automatically for going over a limit.

If you pay for a plan and you are not convinced in the first 15 days, write to us and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. It applies to the first payment of each plan, monthly or annual.

In one click: Settings > My plan > "Cancel subscription". You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account becomes read-only with your data saved. On annual plans we email you 15 days before renewal.

Investor (€25 a month) is for one person who invests: follow 2 whole provinces, daily alerts, the listing analyser, Excel exports up to 1,000 rows and 50 AI messages a month. Pro (€49 a month) is for agents: 5 towns or districts, 2 users, alerts every 2 hours, a personal CRM, Excel exports up to 2,000 rows, reports and studies with your branding. AI included: 50 AI messages a month; 150 on Business and 400 on Personalised.

When there are 3 or more of you and you want to work on the same properties: a team CRM with roles and assignments, 5 users (€36 per person), 15 towns or districts and 150 AI messages a month for the whole team. If you need more people, you can add up to 5 extra users at €20 a month each.

For agents and agencies, an area is a town or a district (in big cities, each district counts as one area). On the Investor plan, an area is a whole province. If you need another, add it for €5 a month + VAT each (Investor up to 2 more, Pro up to 5, Business up to 10). For many more, Business or Custom work out better.

Yes, whenever you like from Settings > My plan. Upgrading is immediate.

Because in this sector it is common not to publish them and to tie you in for 12 months. Here you see what it costs before giving your email, and you can leave whenever you like.

For agency networks, funds or companies: from €300 a month + VAT, with users, areas, AI and a CRM tailored to the way you work, an API and integration with your CRM. We talk it through with you and set it all up.

The large prices exclude VAT and underneath you see the total with VAT (21%). For example, Pro costs €49 + VAT = €59.29 a month. The invoice itemises VAT and carries the tax details you give us.

The radar shows the asking price, not the sale price, and compares each flat with similar ones in its neighbourhood. Each listing shows which portal it comes from, its price history and how many comparables are behind it; if there are few, a "low confidence" warning appears. The status of each source is public at /estado.

Idealista blocks automatic reading and we do not get around it. We cover it with manual capture, listing imports and the ads that arrive through aggregators. We also read Fotocasa, Habitaclia, Pisos.com and many other sources, and the same flat is merged even if it appears on several. During the 7-day trial you can check how many of your properties show up.

We only store the phone number or email that the advertiser themselves publishes in the ad, for internal use and never for mass mailings. The platform flags recommended calling hours, reminds you about the Robinson List and lets you block anyone who asks not to be contacted. Each agency is responsible for its own CRM and we act as data processor, with the data hosted in the EU.

Your CRM, your notes and your studies are yours: you can download them before you leave. After you cancel, your account stays read-only with everything saved, and if you choose a plan again you get it all back as it was.

Yes. When you sign up you get 7 days of Pro, with no card and with AI included. When it ends you choose a plan; if you pay, you have a 15-day guarantee. You can also use the listing analyser at /analiza 3 times a day without signing up.

No: it is included in the price. Every plan comes with 50 AI messages a month for the whole account (150 on Business and 400 on Personalised; 50 during the free trial), for the assistant, lead-generation messages and reading land registry extracts, subject to a fair-use limit per account. In Settings you see how many you have used and we warn you at 80%. If they run out one month, they come back on the 1st. As an advanced option you can connect your own AI key, with no limit.
